Blodlessing 17
My kabbalistically witchy Remedy For Livelihood Spell Kit sold today at WITCHCRAFTS under the powerful blessing of the full harvest moon. With the money brought to me through that purchase, in turn I purchased a boldy divine and paradoxical dark goddess full harvest moon spell pouch. May the spell kit be a blessing for both seller and buyer. So mote it be. אמן

By Force Of Destiny
י'ג בתשרי תש"ע
Blodlessing 14
Last night before bed, I drew the seventeenth rune of my personal runerow. It was Nauthiz (pronounced now-these), the 'n' rune of change linked with the forces of destiny. An omen of good and necessary transformation, this rune also pertains to banishings, cleansing counterspells, and spell sealings. Nauthiz is the runic equivalent of the ritual words: so mote it be and אמן (amen).
In follow-up to this divination last night, the only unusual thing that happened in my environment today is that my boss left in a hurry this afternoon, telling us that her house had just been broken into. Otherwise, today was unremarkable and uneventful, except for the fact that I am swamped with work to do for end-of-the-month close and with writing complete clinical care plans for seven new Medicare admissions. Our skilled unit is completely full and our average Medicare rate remains, at month-end, excellent and increased above the our year-to-date average Medicare rate.

Shabbat Proclamation - Time Is Gold
ט' בתשרי תש"ע
Blodlessing 10
Yesterday, on Shabbat Blodlessing 9, I received in the mail my wolfsbane talisman containing the power of both life and death. In the package with it was a tarot gift card - the nine of chalices. I lovingly placed the talisman in my small (3 1/2" x 2 1/4" x 2 1/8") handcrafted metallic black altar spell box featuring a gold pentacle. The tarot card I placed upright onto the screen of my computer to contemplate it overnight into the morning.
Later that day, a family member recalled a movie that she had ordered weeks ago which was still sitting around waiting to be watched. We watched it. That movie was Just Like Heaven. The first reviewer (in the first link I clicked on in a search to link to it for this post) I saw (Kristin Pettit) rated the film nine.
I know with confidence that I am prepared for sure and pleasurable satisfaction.
Last night on Motzei Shabbat Tishrei 9, I dreamt ... (next post)

Some Fast-Action Success!
כ"א בסיון תשס"ט
Mab 21
Man-o-man!
In follow-up to my earlier entry on Garden of the Dark Moon Jubilee, Seed Of Success Magical Manna - simply making the Seed of Success Magical Manna spell mix (which the witchy Torah commentary introduces) brought to me some immediate success! Side by side, as I wrote the commentary, I made one spell mix for myself as well as one spell mix for sale at WITCHCRAFTS by Liorah Lleucu.
Four of my higher priced items at WITCHCRAFTS were just purchased! That's fast-action success! My shoppe WITCHCRAFTS by Liorah Lleucu is not at all a high-volume shoppe. My shoppe is designed as a low-volume "sharing my love of the craft" sort of shoppe, so the big sale I just had has not been typical for the sort of shoppe I have.

Unexpected Blessing Today
א' ניסן תשס"ט
Raven 1
My father bought my mother a 14K gold 1/2 carat 7-stone marquise cut diamond ring for their 50th wedding anniversary. Only a mistake was made - when the ring was ordered, two rings instead of one were purchased. They were purchased on sale at a substantial discount, a very substantial discount. So, rather than send the second ring back, they offered to let me buy it from them over time. Is that not cool or what?
The ring is absolutely stunning and not something I would have ever purchased for myself under normal circumstances. It is just such a good deal for me though and relieves my parents of returning it and trying to get their money back.
Such an unexpected blessing! I've never owned anything so dazzling.
Just wow. That Passover Protection Ritual Oil and its magical sale are loaded with blessing. I would never have imagined the magic to begin working as well and as quickly as it did!

Making Parnassa
ז' בתמוז תשס"ז
In follow-up to an April 27 entry, Segulah For Parnassa, on my blog Craftwork Of A Jewitch, the result of the spell is this:
After several years of both unemployment and significant underemployment where I worked part-time on Sundays in a job not commensurate with my experience, education or abilities, less than a month (חי days later to be exact) after performing the ritual segulah, my first day of employment orientation occurred on May 15 for a position dealing with data management and clinical reimbursement - a position more aligned with my interests, abilities and personality.
Thank Goddess.

Serenity 666-5
כ"ו באייר תשס"ז
As noted in my previous entry, the final phase of the 39-portion reversal and protection ritual began during the planetary hour of Mars, under the influence of the letter gimel and the concept of reward and punishment. Bringing the entire procedure to completion this past evening, the final phase ended as the candle flame burned out and the petition parchment was burned to ashes in the censer, during the planetary hour of Saturn, under the influence of the letter reish, corresponding to both the Yosef archetype and to the gift of serenity.
Serenity, which received the entire "39 portions", kabbalistically corresponds to the 40th year following the household census by number of names. Interestingly, this is the 40th year following the epiphany I experienced at 6 years old in 1967.
Serenity in Hebrew is שלווה. Here again, in שלווה, as two letters vav constitute "the double number" of my 6 personal names, are two letters vav confirmed.
This year is connected to that year, 40 years ago. All of these connections are via the number 6.
6 years old
6 names
and 6 is the number of my names
666
Maybe I am the anti-moshiach? LOL. Naw.
שלווה has a gematria of 347, with a digit sum of 14 and a final digit sum of 5.
So, I'm really 666-5.

Ineffable & Nameless, 39 Years Later
כ"ו באייר תשס"ז
In my previous entry, I discussed the census of Bamidbar 1:2 wherein a household was counted according to the number of all the names of remembrance. Sforno comments on this census by names:
It was a great honor for each person that s/he gave his name, as an individual, to Moses and Aaron (Ramban). At that point in history, a person's name was Divinely inspired to indicate his/her personal virtues. In the census before the nation crossed the Jordan, thirty-nine years later, this was no longer the case, and there was no mention of names.
Interestingly, the final portion of my 3-phase reversal and protection ritual is currently completing as I type this. The 13th portion of the third candle is burning out. Over the entire course of the reversal procedure, 39 total portions (3 X 13) have been burned.
Tonight's 39th portion began burning during the planetary hour of Mars (corresponding to the letter gimel ג), with the waning crescent moon 11% full, under the influence of day 41 of the omer (yesod of yesod).

The Pledge Of Yaakov & Eliyahu
י"ט באייר תשס"ז
In a previous entry, Wedge 226 - Greensburg Not Grunwald Destroyed, I noted how the devastating series of wedge tornados in Kansas this past Friday and Saturday were connected to my Grunwald Jewish ancestry (Grunwald is Greenfield in English), my reversal ritual (black bridge), a birth analysis on myself (kin 226), and to the messianic idea contained within the phrase vayekhulu hashamayim which emerged from that analysis (where the phrase is rooted in the letters vav-hei, corresponding to the values 6 and 5, respectively). I further noted that the only structure left standing in the entire town was the local tavern called Bar H.
The fact that Bar H (בר ה) was the sole structure left standing when the wind passed by is also significant to this week's Torah portion (Behar-Bechukotai) and to messianic consciousness.
First, Bar H is a permutation of Behar (בהר), the first section of this week's reading.
Second, in Bechukotai (Vayikra 26:42), the second section of this week's reading, the name Yaakov is found spelled with a vav (ו). Of this Rashi writes:
This is one of only five places in Scripture where Yaakov's name (יעקוב) is spelled with a vav; conversely, Eliyahu's name appears five times without a vav (אליה instead of אליהו). Yaakov took a "pledge" from Eliyahu, as it were, and will return the missing letters to him when he heralds the coming of Messiah.
As in my previous entries, here again, in Bar H, the lone structure which still stands among the ruins despite efforts to destroy it, are the values of 6 and 5, vav and hei - like in my birthday analysis and the messianic phrase vayekhulu hashamayim which emerged from it.
Third, Bar H has a gematria of 207, with a digit sum of 9, where 9 corresponds to tet (ט), the only vessel fit to receive it. This is my birthright as a descendant of William and Elizabeth Grunwald, despite those who would like to deny it, and despite those who would like to destroy it.
Nine died in this tragedy. May their families somehow be comforted. Amen.

Wedge 226 - Greensburg Not Grunwald Destroyed
י"ח באייר תשס"ז
Wedge in Hebrew is טריז and has a gematria of 226.
This Friday and Saturday Greensburg, Kansas was 95% destroyed by a series of wedge tornados. The only structure left standing in the entire town was the local pub, the Bar H Tavern. Foxnews reports today:
Saturday, May 05, 2007
GREENSBURG, Kan. — A fresh wave of tornadoes ripped through southwest Kansas on Saturday evening, a day after a tornado all but destroyed this town, killing nine and injuring dozens more.
The National Weather Service said it had received reports "well into the double digits" of twisters touching down in six counties.
Among them were a series of half-mile wide "wedge" tornadoes — similar to the one that devastated Greensburg on Friday night, meteorologist Mike Umscheid said.
Read full story at link above.
The black bridge was disconnected from my reversal candle (see entry linked below). I think my enemies were trying to reverse my reversal. They, of course, failed again. The only connection which remained for me was the one between the candle holder (vessel of my souls) and my witch's altar box (of joy), sha'ar gilah.

The Black Bridge
י"ז באייר תשס"ז
Another synchronicity with the universe and the 13-moons analysis of my birthdate.
I lost track of time this evening and allowed the third reversal candle to burn longer than I had originally anticipated. By the time I came to snuff the flame out for day 4 (of 13), I discovered that the black wax had melted down, forming a horizontal bridge 6 inches long from the reversal candle holder, over a tea candle holder and onto a wooden box housing some ritual supplies I keep on my altar. When the reversal candle "released" its portion of the wax, the bridge between the tea candle holder and the box was 5 inches long.

Pearl Of The Kohenet
ט"ו באייר תשס"ז
Parashat Emor discusses the laws of the kohanim. The birkat kohanim, the priestly blessing - and the hashra'ah associated with that - is kabbalistically symbolized by the letter samech (ס).
Interestingly, the letter samech was the first letter (from keter of kadmon) to emerge from my eighth tarot reading on myself yesterday evening, under the influence of this week's Torah portion, Emor. Subsequent to the emergence of the letter samech, The Priestess (Kohenet) card became revealed (in chochmah of kadmon). The Kohenet tarot card itself implies within its interpretive associations the leap in creative energy characteristic of immersive hashra'ah.
Taken together, the data support that I am an acting Kohenet in my own merit, by my own birthright - not by virtue of marriage to a Kohen or through secondhand titular power. My own merit. My own birthright.
Moreover, the tarot reading was no mere tarot reading. It was a Kohenet's unfolding pearl of wisdom.

Mei Niddah
י"ד באייר תשס"ז
The third phase of the 3-month reversal and protection ritual was initated this evening of Beltane 5767, with the Moon 100% full in Scorpio (corresponding to the Hebrew letter nun נ).
Daytime ritual preparations were performed on day 28 of the omer, under the influence of Malchut of Netzach (by both the Gra and Ari arrays of the sefirot), during the planetary hours of Pluto (Da'at) and the Moon (dalet ד). The ritual proper was performed counting day 29 of the omer, under the influence of Tiferet of Hod (Gra array) or Chesed of Hod (Ari array), under the influence of the Moon (dalet ד).
Incenses used: kabbalistic name blend, dragon's blood, amber moon (to protect psychic centers) and Satisfaction.
Ceromancy: A hooded Druid-like figure emerged from the burning wax, appearing to "guard" the black Beltane ritual candle; by the time the candle had burned out, the black wax had both dripped down to the base surface and towered up over the candle holder.
The shoresh נדד meaning to "separate", "withdraw" and "distance" emerges from the spell data. Thus, this phase of the reversal and protection ritual finalizes the separation of the curse cast against me from me and from those I love, severing it completely, thereby fully releasing it to return back to its source.

Beltane Ribbon Ritual (described here)
[This is a] ritual binding of life and the beauties of life to the Earth plane/the self.
[You'll need] some lengths of ribbon to braid during the Magick making portion of your ritual. The idea here is that you (your body) symbolically becomes the shamanistic tree -- that you see yourself as the shaman on the tree (in your body), able to bring forth a variety of things from the Otherworld into manifestation here on Earth.
Each ribbon will represent one aspect of your life that you'd like to bind closer to you (while realizing the constraints that doing so might imply). Choose the ribbon colors accordingly.
For example, if you want to bring financial security into your life and bind it to you, have a green ribbon on your altar. (Or perhaps you find silver or gold might work better for you here.) If you'd like your life to be constantly surrounded by love, add a pink (or red) ribbon to the array on your altar. If you'd like peace of mind/emotional stability to be a constant in your life, add a light blue ribbon to the mix, etc.
I'd recommend each ribbon be as long as you are tall. Symbolically then, each ribbon represents your physical self. Be sure your altar set-up includes a symbol/tool associated with each of the four elements.
Now light your candles and incense and create your sacred space in your usual manner. Invoke Whom you feel is appropriate. Ask [the Divine] to join you in your dance of life. Include movement in your invocation if you like.
You'll now need to bless each ribbon by the four elements. Take your time in doing this. Pass each one through the incense smoke (Air), over a candle flame (Fire), sprinkle each with water (Water), and pass each through a bowl of sea salt (Earth). Or, think of the smoking censer as representing Air and Fire. Put some sea salt in your water vessel, stir, and think of it as representing Water and Earth.
Then just pass each ribbon through the smoke and sprinkle it with the water mixture, thereby blessing each by all four elements.
However you decide to do it, take some time to think about just exactly what it is each ribbon represents to you. What it is you'd like to bind to you/bring to the fullness of life within your life? What benefits will accrue to you in so doing? What is the down side in each case, and how will you handle it?
Now gather all ribbons together and tie a knot at the top to hold them together. Meditate on bringing all these things forth in your life and on how they will interact with each other to turn your life into a beautiful braid of happiness and well-being. Remember to envision yourself enmeshed in this braiding as it progresses. When you near the end, tie it off in similar fashion to your beginning knot.
End the Magick by blessing the finished braid with your body. After all, your body symbolically lies at the heart of the braid. Breathe on it (Air). Gather it to your heart (Fire). Spit on it or lick it (Water). Coil it up and stand with it under your foot for a few moments (Earth). Now call the blessing of the Goddess into it.
Wear your braid now, or carry it on your person for the rest of the day and/or night. [Afterwards, ] keep the braid in some secret and safe place away from the prying eyes and possible ill wishes of others. Or, if you're not worried about that, keep it on your altar for the coming seasons of growth and harvest.
*A community bonfire is characteristic of both Beltane and Lag B'Omer; while Beltane is set according to the civil calendar at April 30-May 1 in the northern hemisphere, Lag B'Omer varies as to its civil date independent of one's location on earth.*
The ritual proper began during the planetary hour of the sun, under a waxing gibbous moon 98% full. The yellow votive was additionally inscribed with a 4-shin on top. The brown citrus bergamot votive was additionally inscribed with a 3-shin 4 times around the side circumference of the candle. All candles were additionally dressed over the oil with the incense blend called Delight.
The first set of 3 ribbons were braided during the planetary hour of Venus (kaf), the second and third sets of 3 ribbons during the planetary hour of Pluto (da'at elyon and da'at tachton), and the 3 braids were then braided together during the planetary hour of the moon (dalet). The two Hebrew letters which fall out with the ribbon braiding planetary hours are כד, like in kadkode (כדכד). Kad has a gematria of 24; given the sets of 3, 3 X 24 = 72, like the Name of 72.
Similar to havdalah, the braided "bonfire" candle was extinguished in a chalice of kosher wine.

Muvhak - The Hidden Primordial Light
ד' באייר תשס"ז
In my previous entry I discussed the word muvhak (מובהק) in association with "clear", "clean" and "outstanding" light. The particular type of light described by the word muvhak was revealed in that discussion as a high level light due to its connection with the suprarational chukim/chukot.
Evidence further supporting the "outstanding" high-level nature of the light described as muvhak comes through gematria. מובהק has a gematria of 153 with a digit sum of 9. Nine corresponds to the Hebrew letter tet (ט). Regarding the letter tet and light, R' Yitzchak Ginsburgh teaches:
At the beginning of Creation, the appearance of light is termed "good" in God's eyes: "And God saw the light was good." Our Sages interpret this to mean "good to be hidden for the tzadikim in the Time to Come."
The Ba'al Shem Tov teaches that the "Time to Come" refers also to every generation.
Kabbalistically, the Time To Come is a code which refers to the partzuf Imma Ila'ah of Binah. Thus, the light called muvhak is exactly that primordial light hidden away for the righteous at the beginning of creation brought down from Imma Ila'ah into revelation through Yesod (where Yesod corresponds to the letter tet).

Muvhak - The Clear Light
ד' באייר תשס"ז
Today I came across a word used to describe light that I've never seen before - muvhak - which is translated in the sources as both "outstanding" and "scintillating". I've found the likely Hebrew spelling (מובהק) for the word. Considering the letters, the apparent shoresh seems to be בהק which means "clear", yet at the same time implies a "clean" skin disease (called a tetter) with clear patches (Vayikra 13:39). I am perplexed.
It can't be coincidental, since I don't believe in coincidence, that I stumbled across this word while studying the parashot which deal with tza'arat (a skin disease with white patches) and the chukot of the Canaanites (Metzora and Achrei Mot, respectively). This is what I am thinking:
The central letters ובה of the word מובהק can all be legitimately combined into the letter chet (ח), where chet is composed of the letters zayin (beit + hei) and vav joined by a chatoteret. This combination forms the word מחק m'chok meaning "of chok". The shoresh of חק is חקק, which is also the shoresh the word chukot.
In a roundabout way, it seems that the "outstanding" light may in some be way connected to having once been afflicted with tzara'at followed by becoming clear of it by way of implementing observance of non-Canaanite chukot/chukim (see previous post) to neutralize destructive fury.
Interestingly, a gradational variant of the shoresh חקק is the similarly spelled shoresh חקק meaning to "set circles". A gradational variant is a "new" root where the meaning "resembles the original root but usually signifies a shift in intensity or focus" [1]. Here is a suprarational חק connection to the concept of "masovevet" (in the designation "hamasovevet").

והיה אור
ב' באייר תשס"ז
Shabbat candles were prepared this afternoon during the planetary hour of Pluto (Da'at) with the waxing crescent moon 16% (הוה) full [1]. This afternoon's sefirotic correspondence is Gevurah of Gevurah, using the Gra array [2].
An 8 inch red candle was inscribed in Hebrew with the words והיה אור (let there be light, 3), אמן (amen) and dressed inwardly with both lavender oil and the Gevurah-Da'at-Chesed blend described in a previous entry.
A 4 inch black candle was dressed inwardly with Feminine Clarity from the ruby crystal vessel, also as described previously.
To further bring clarity to the surface of consciousness, an earthy brown citrus bergamot votive will also be burned in tandem with the red and black shabbat candles this evening, as will cinnamon-vanilla-ginger [4] incense.
והיה אור, אמן so mote it be
Footnotes:
[1] הוה is found in Bereshit 27:29 in Yitzchak's blessing to Yaakov.
[2] Tiferet of tiferet, using the standard Ari array.
[3] Using the form of "be" implying joy, "the word והיה is used to convey gladness" (The Wisdom In The Hebrew Alphabet, R' Michael Munk; Megillah 10b; Pesikta Zuta 6:10).
[4] cinnamon, kinamon [קנמון]; vanilla, [וניל]; ginger, zangvil [זנגביל, זנגוויל].

כ"ו בניסן תשס"ז
The second phase of the 3-month reversal and protection ritual completed with the burning out of the thirteenth candle portion at 9:15pm tonight, with the waning crescent moon 16% full, during the planetary hour of Venus, and under the influence of the letter kaf, containing the power to transform nature and to actualize potential.
So mote it be. Amen.

Alert, From The Court Of The Law
י"ח באדר תשס"ז
As I wrote in the comments section of my previous post, noting various additional pieces of "spell data" [1], the profound depression and tiredness I had been feeling all day began to lift as the blend was completed. By 10:30pm, it was completely gone. Consequently, the profound depression and tiredness I felt were likely the result of a psychic attack against me by human beings adept at calling up spiritual entities at the psychospiritual level of reality.
Return To Equilibrium & Ceromancy, The Evidence
Moreover, that I returned to psychophysical equilibrium so quickly following preparation of the magickal incense, coupled with the formation which "climbed up" from my ritual candle, further supports a magickal attack against me. The amazingly clear figure of Lenpw (Anubis) is not one which would easily and naturally form without the Hand of Divine Providence guiding it to provide me with the information.
Thus, these two particular pieces of data merit further investigation into the symbolism associated with the archetype, Lenpw.
From Gnostic Teachings:
The Human Soul [2] of the Initiate (center) stands before Anubis [3], the great Judge of the Law of Karma [4], who weighs the heart (in the jar) against a feather (Mind [5]) to measure psychological Equilibrium [6]: the fundamental requirement of true spiritual development. This also weighs karma and Dharma [7], bad and good actions.
Behind the Initiate is his Ka [8], Astral Body [9] (bird with a human head). It is on the side of the jar containing the heart, which indicates the close relationship between emotion and the Astral Body.
The Divine Father (Chesed [10]) and Divine Mother [11] of the Initiate wait on the far left. They always bow before the will of the Law.
Above are the forty-two judges [12] of the Law.
On the far right is Thoth [13], the Causal Logos [14] of the Initiate, who records the judgment and waits to see if the Initiate is to be consumed by the Demon [15] Ammit with the face of a crocodile.
I was not consumed by the magickally induced depressive state. It died, leaving me alert as to what had transpired.

Lenpw, Guardian Of The Flame
From Wiki on Anubis:
Anubis is the Greek name for the ancient jackal-headed god of the dead in Egyptian mythology whose hieroglyphic version is more accurately spelled Anpu (also Anup, Anupu, Wip, Ienpw, Inepu, Yinepu,"Inpu", or Inpw). He is also known as Sekhem Em Pet. Prayers to Anubis have been found carved on the most ancient tombs in Egypt; indeed, the Unas text (line 70) associates him with the Eye of Horus. He serves as both a guide of the recently departed and a guardian of the dead.
Anubis was the guardian of the dead, who greeted the souls in the Underworld and protected them on their journey. It was he who deemed the deceased worthy of becoming a star. Ancient Egyptian texts say that Anubis silently walked through the shadows of life and death and lurked in dark places. He was watchful by day as well as by night. He also weighed the heart of the dead against the feather symbol of Ma’at, the goddess of truth. One of the reasons that the ancient Egyptians took such care to preserve their dead with sweet-smelling herbs was that it was believed Anubis would check each person with his keen canine nose. Only if they smelled pure would he allow them to enter the Kingdom of the Dead.
