would adding a fourth head to the hebrew letter shin add another letter to the end?
I'm not sure what you are referring to - the end of what? The 4-headed shin is associated with sefirah Binah and is found on the tefillin. Some information on it is here.
Apologies.Another letter to the end of the word Shin. For instance another N(which is 5 in numerology[man/life]), and that brings the vibration from a 5 back to a 1. I'm just curious, when you add another head to the symbol of a word, would it add another letter to the end of the word?
