An excerpt from Dorothy Morrison's Utterly Wicked: Curses, Hexes & Other Unsavory Notions:

The pixels in a computer graphic ... they are only dots of color - nothing more, nothing less. But when an artist moves them together in a particular order and directs them into a proper measurement, an image forms. The pixels, themselves, have no control over whether the image is dreadful or gloomy, or bright and cheerful. They are, after all, just dots of color. It is the artist who brings the image to light - and evokes the desired feeling from those who view it - by moving and directing the pixels in a certain fashion. The same is true of energy and the practitioner.

Negative energy should never be returned to the sender. Dorothy goes on to write:

Because if both [magical] practitioners have their shields in place - and they certainly should if they're worth their salt - all this is going to do is cause a game of psychic volleyball. The energy is going to just bounce back and forth until someone gets tired. And we can only hope that someone is the practitioner who sent the energy in the first place.

Think about it. Dorothy continues:

Regardless of how it feels, all energy is a gift. It's the very substance from which everything is created. And that being the case, it should never be sent back. Instead, it should be grabbed up, moved and directed, and formed and shaped into something entirely different - something wonderful - something that can be used for personal [or collective] benefit.

Taking someone's ill-will and turning it into a blessing is divinely wicked. We can square the circle. We can take any supply of negative energy and focus it into good fortune. We are a people who is able.

In continuing follow-up to the rescue of the Mackoff family from Mumbai's Taj Mahal Palace Hotel during the recent days of terror there, CNN reports on the rescue through eyes of the Black Cats, the commandos who carried out the rescue operations.

Inside the blacked out Taj Mahal Hotel, hallways were littered with bloodied bodies.

Thirty three hours after the assault began, Indian Army commandos decided it was time to go back in -- only to be met by terrorists firing mercilessly, throwing grenades and continuously switching positions.

The sound of gunfire ricocheted through the hotel's atrium, making it difficult to discern where shots were coming from.

Through it all, the commandos walked through pitch-black halls, trying to navigate the partially destroyed hotel without knowing the layout, according to a spokesman for the commandos.

At 6:30 a.m. local time Friday the battle with the terrorists at the Taj reached a head with a final firefight at the room where the 200 hostages were held captive, the commando, who was wearing a scarf and glasses to conceal his identity, said at a news conference.

When the gunfire ceased, commandos entered the room and freed all 200 hostages, he said.

The difficulties for the commandos -- known as the Black Cats -- were apparent from the beginning, he said.

"We did not know the layout of the hotel," the commando told reporters. "There was one person on the hotel staff who was helping to guide us around."

During the three-day assault, the attackers fired indiscriminately, but the commandos were forced to use caution.

"Let me tell you one thing," the commando said. "Within the first exchanges of fire, we could have got those terrorists but for -- there was so many hotel guests -- there were bodies all over and blood all over. And we were trying to avoid the causalities of civilians. We had to be more careful in our fighting."

In follow-up to an earlier entry regarding the Friday morning rescue of the Mackoff family, it is interesting to note that Carol Mackoff (from Illinois, my tribal state) describes the rescue of the six people in her group particularly:

They took us down a back service stairway that was very quiet. We were tiptoeing through glass and blood and discarded shoes from people who it appeared had recently died."

Interesting connections exist between the rescue of these six from Mumbai's Taj Mahal Palace Hotel (pharaoh as a big house or palace), the exodus from Mitzrayim (dire straits), the Divine Feminine, the flaming sword of Gan Eden and the malach Gabriel.

With shoes on their feet, they left in haste as the night terror passed over [Shemot 12:11 and Tehillim 91:5], significantly through glass (the world of Chaos) and blood (the feminine sefirah of Binah) and discarded shoes (spellworking-prayers found in Gan Eden and described in the book, Gabriel's Palace by Howard Schwartz).

In the end, the family from Illinois survived, and the terrorists are no more.

Illinois Family Rescued After 48 Hours In Taj Hotel Rooms

Carol Mackoff and her family were rescued Friday morning after being trapped in their rooms in the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai for more than 48 hours.

Mackoff, her husband, sister and friend were on a three-week trip to India.

"In the beginning, we heard shots and we didn't know what was happening," she told CNN by phone. "We saw men running down our hallway and we could see through the peephole in the door -- we could see guns in their hands."

Mackoff said they received a call from hotel staffers telling them to stay away from the door and lock it. For 20 hours they sat in the dark. At one point they taped the peephole so nobody could see in.

The Chicago, Illinois, resident said the attackers rang their doorbell twice, but she and her family didn't answer.

"We locked every possible lock on the door and put heavy suitcases against it," she said. "When the explosions started and smoke filled the hallways we put towels at the bottom of the door."

She said she was told that attackers opened doors across the hallway and had thrown grenades inside.

"All we were thinking was 'Please don't try and blow this door open,'" Mackoff said.

Hatred Of Liberals Turns Into Toxic Killing Spree

The man who opened fired with a shotgun during morning services this past Sunday at a Unitarian Universalist church, murdering two and injuring seven, did so in conseqence to a toxic hatred of the church's support for liberal policies. He really hated liberals. He wanted them dead. So, he murdered some.

Knoxville Police Chief Sterling Owen IV said a signed, four-page letter written by Jim D. Adkisson, 58, was found in his small SUV in the church parking lot after gunfire interrupted a children's performance based on the musical "Annie" Sunday morning. Seven people also were injured in the melee.

"It appears that what brought him to this horrible event was his lack of being able to obtain a job, his frustration over that and his stated hatred of the liberal movement," Owen said at a news conference.

Foxnews reports, "Authorities said they are investigating the shooting as a possible hate crime."

The shame parade took place in the Holy City Jerusalem June 26th. Six days after the abomination parade, we witnessed the first bulldozer terrorist act in the streets of Jerusalem, killing 3 people, HI'D and injuring dozens.

It's not always easy to see Divine Judgment, but this one can be very easily seen: TWENTY SIX (gematria YKV"K) days after the abomination parade inside the Holy City, the city of Dovid Hamelech [King David], on King David Street, the same street the abomination parade took place, the second horrific bulldozer terrorist driver attempted to murder Jews on King David St. wounding 23 people.

Indeed, I don't see Divine Judgment. I see Divine Mercy at work in this latest incident. Twenty-six days after the parade inside the Holy City, a second bulldozer attack failed to murder anyone like sheep at a slaughter. Instead, a bull was slaughtered by spear in my dream, twenty-six days after the Holy City parade.

Now, while the first bulldozer attack, as Dreaming of Moshiach points out, occurred six days after the parade and is therefore connected to the masculine letter vav (the bull and the channel from keter to FEMININE binah), the second bulldozer attack which occurred (YHVH) twenty-six days after the parade is connected to the feminine spear of my dream last night and the letter zayin (the spear and the channel from chochmah to FEMININE gevurah). Witness that. The feminine powers (binah and gevurah) defined and gave life to the two bulldozer events of opposite outcomes.

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — North Carolina police on Saturday released two ATM surveillance pictures of a "person of interest" in the case of a slain university student and said it appeared to be a random killing.

Chapel Hill Police Chief Brian Curran, speaking at a news conference, described the pictures as "our biggest break so far" in the investigation into the death of Unversity of North Carolina student body president Eve Carson.

Police found Carson's body shortly after 5 a.m. Wednesday, after two callers to 911 reported hearing several gun shots. One of the callers also heard a woman scream as the shots were fired.

Detectives said Carson was killed by a shot from a handgun to her right temple, and until late Friday appeared to have few solid leads.

Carson's death struck hard at North Carolina, where she was prestigious Morehead-Cain Scholar and leader who invited all incoming students to stop by her office for a chat.

"It's just a huge blow. It's a blow against everything we assume about ourselves, about being a peaceful, safe place where kids come," University Chancellor James Moeser said. "She was a joyful person. She loved this place. She loved being here."

"I could see Eve balancing a career as a professional, probably in the not for profit sector, but also being a wife and a mother because she was such a loving person," Moeser said. "The whole package. I get choked up thinking about it."

She was involved in campus programs for hunger relief, among many other activities, and was featured on the Morehead-Cain Web site that described her experiences working in Ecuador. "One of the most important lessons I learned ... is that poverty is not a pitiable thing," she said. "In Chillanes, I saw a respect for poverty and a respect for a non-material way of life."

May Eve's family and friends find comfort in the blessing that is Eve Carson's life, as may the families and friends of those struck down by a terrorist in the heart of Jerusalem.

Terrorist Attack At Mercaz Harav Yeshiva

Reports of the number of dead in today's terrorist attack vary. Foxnews reports:

JERUSALEM — Two gunmen went on a deadly shooting rampage, entering a Jerusalem rabbinical seminary through the dining room and opening fire after nightfall Thursday, killing at least 10 people, health services sources told FOX News.

Israeli media said about 35 people were wounded. Channel 2 TV said police special forces killed the two infiltrators.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility, but Hamas militants in the Gaza Strip praised the operation, and thousands of Palestinians took to the streets of Gaza to celebrate.

David Simchon, head of the seminary, said the students had been preparing a celebration for the new month on the Jewish calendar, which includes the holiday of Purim. "We were planning to have a Purim party here tonight and instead and instead we had a massacre," he told Channel 2 TV.

Yehuda Meshi Zahav, head of the Zaka rescue service, entered the library after the attack. "The whole building looked like a slaughterhouse. The floor was covered in blood. The students were in class at the time of the attack," he said. "The floors are littered with holy books covered in blood."

"It's very sad tonight in Jerusalem," Mayor Uri Lupolianski told Channel 2 TV. "Many people were killed in the heart of Jerusalem."

Two Israeli Hikers Murdered Near Hebron

Two Israelis were shot and killed in an attack in the West Bank on Friday, police said.

The two were near Hebron Mountain, between the settlements Telem and Aduran, west of Hebron when they were shot, according to police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld.

According to Israel Radio, the two were hiking through the hills outside Hebron with another woman when they were approached by a jeep carrying several Palestinian gunmen, who opened fire on them. The woman fled and hid while the other two, who were armed, returned fire.

In the exchanges of fire that ensued, the two managed to hit several of the gunmen before being gunned down themselves.

Benazir Bhutto Assassinated

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan — Pakistan's paramilitary forces were on red alert Thursday following the assassination of opposition leader Benazir Bhutto.

The former prime minister was murdered by an attacker who shot her in the neck and chest after a campaign rally and then blew himself up. Her death stoked new chaos across the nuclear-armed nation, an important U.S. ally in the war on terrorism.

A doctor on the team that treated her said she had a bullet in the back of the neck that damaged her spinal cord before exiting from the side of her head. Another bullet pierced the back of her shoulder and came out through her chest.

She was given open heart massage, but the main cause of death was damage to her spinal cord, he said on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media.

She Rose & Fell Down Through The Sunroof

The photographer who took images of former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto moments before her assassination Thursday told CNN he was "surprised" to see her rise through the sunroof of her vehicle to wave to supporters after delivering her speech.

"And then suddenly, there were a few gunshots that rang out, and she went down, she went down through the sunroof," he said. "And just at that moment I raised my camera up and the blast happened. ... And then, of course, there was chaos."

Death Passed Over

After my grandmother's passing this past Halloween morning October 31, the date Samhain is typically observed, the festival of death and renewal (of death only in the eyes of some, whereas others consider Samhain to be a festival of scholars) continued to seek out souls to remove from the physical world. While my grandmother's passing was not so unexpected at 92 years of age with failing health (it was an obvious blessing toward renewal of life for my grandmother even as it was a loss for my family), a woman's husband at work died unexpectedly the very next day, Thursday evening November 1 (may she be comforted by the kindness extended to her by our coworkers). Both she and her husband work(ed) at the facility where I work.

I went back to work on Monday, but after additional work was piled onto me, along with work associated with the end of the month close (which was completed Monday morning before it was due Wednesday), with the recent passing of my grandmother, my body developed an allergic cold/flu yesterday, Tuesday morning at work. I sneezed continuously the entire day, despite a second dose of newfangled Actifed, becoming lightheaded, feverish and physically weak. So, Tuesday afternoon, I went home early, loaded up on Robitussin nighttime multisymptom cold medicine and went to bed, where I dreamt.

I dreamt of dark lethal storm clouds passing over my locations, from east to west they were moving even as they filled the sky. At one point there was a small break in the cloud cover, but it was only for a short time, while we took care of business.

I wanted to wait out the storm on the main floor of my house (which was a house trailer at times) - for some reason I wasn't worried that it couldn't weather the storm. Nevertheless, the man with us (somehow a relative, but I'm not sure who exactly this was) convinced me that it was safer to wait underground in the basement while the dark lethal storm clouds passed over. So, we all went down and waited in the basement as the dark lethal storm clouds passed over.

I woke up - to the news of a lethal school shooting in Finland.

HELSINKI, Finland (CNN) -- A video posted earlier Wednesday, by "Sturmgeist89", was titled "Jokela High School Massacre - 11/7/2007." "Sturmgeist89" identified himself as Auvinen, and said he chose the name "Sturmgeist" because it means "storm spirit" in German.

At least eight people were killed when an 18-year-old gunman opened fire at a school in Finland Wednesday, according to Finnish police. The shooting appeared to have been planned out in graphic videos posted on Internet file-sharing site YouTube.

At a press conference this afternoon, police confirmed the dead numbered two girls, five boys and the school's headmistress at Jokela High in Tuusula, a quiet town around 50 kilometers (30 miles) north of Helsinki.

The shooter, who police named as Pekka Eric Auvinen, is in a critical condition at Toolo Hospital, Dr. Eeero Hirvensalo told CNN.

Auvinen published a manifesto online demanding war on the "weak-minded masses" and pledged to die for his cause.

YouTube appeared to have removed 89 videos linked to his account, many of them featuring Nazi imagery, shortly after the incident.

Finnish media reported someone posted a message two weeks ago on the Web site, warning of a bloodbath at the school.

The site indicated that the youth appeared to be fascinated with killing. Throughout all of this, the single word "DIE" constantly flashed across the screen. Other video clips included Nazi-war-criminal footage.

In the rambling text posted on the site, Auvinen said that he is "a cynical existentialist, anti-human humanist, anti-social social-Darwinist, realistic idealist and god-like atheist.

"I am prepared to fight and die for my cause," he wrote. "I, as a natural selector, will eliminate all who I see unfit, disgraces of human race and failures of natural selection."

Rocket Launcher Found Near Lower Manhattan

This is not good news (but it's discovery Friday morning is) - a military rocket launcher capable of shooting down airplanes has been discovered in a downtown neighborhood in Jersey City, New Jersey - across the Hudson River from lower Manhattan. I wonder what men had planned to with that?!

(CBS) JERSEY CITY A Jersey City woman made what to her and her neighbors was a shocking discovery Friday morning when she noticed a military rocket launcher lying in the grass.

Niranjana Besai was leaving her house, located at 88 Nelson Street, to go to work just after 8 a.m. when she spotted the launcher on her front lawn.

Sources tell CBS 2 HD that the device is an AT-4 missile launcher that is used to fire against tanks and buildings. The device was first approved by the U.S. Army in 1985 and its very powerful warheads can penetrate through more than a foot of armor.

Officials initially expressed concern after discovering that Besai's house is located along a flight path for Newark Liberty International Airport. They later learned that used, inoperable AT-4 tubes are sold to the public through military surplus Web sites and other outlets.

Spiritual Work Of Sar HaTorah

Strings of connection exist between good people. It may be that, working through the supernal realms, our enemies are aiming in some spiritual (and physical) manner to "shoot down" our "vehicles".

Recently, both kassam deaths (a woman and a man) in Sderot (Israel) occurred to those traveling in vehicles. Before starting to work last week (here in the USA), I had to replace the front brakes on my car which were grinding and squealing ominously, on the very verge of failing. Yesterday, a co-worker's spouse's car was struck by another vehicle on the interstate on her way to work. She was unhurt, thank Goddess.

It is clear to me, that the vehicles of our people, both in Israel (primarily perhaps, and physically) and in USA (secondarily, spiritually) are being targeted.

A vehicle is a symbolic chariot. Merkavah (merkabah) mysticism is called "work of the chariot".

I am not a lone merkavah mystic really. Considering my recent writings, my primary mystic endeavor is more like the communal mysticism of Sar HaTorah at this point. Thus, those in the vehicles of our community of friends (even as we may be unaware of one another) are protected in some manner. I don't understand how, but this seems to be the case.

Given this connection, for those of us in both Israel and the USA, I suggest a change of mystical strategy from merkavah mysticism to the mysticism of Sar HaTorah. I'm no intellectual expert regarding what I am suggesting, but I'd be being neglectful if I didn't publicize the observation.

Sderot Woman Killed By Kassam

As the IDF pushed ahead with its campaign against Kassam squads on Monday, a 35-year-old woman was killed in Sderot when a salvo of rockets pounded the western Negev and one hit her car.

Shortly after 8 p.m., five rockets were fired from Gaza and one struck the woman's car near Sderot's commercial center. She died en route to hospital, becoming the first Israeli to die in a rocket attack since November. Two other people were wounded in the attack, one moderately and the other lightly, and were evacuated to Ashkelon's Barzilai Hospital.

Pakistani Christians Must Convert Or Die

In a previous entry yesterday, it was noted that Pakistani Christians were given an ultimatum earlier this month to either convert to Islam by May 17th or face violent attacks. Eye On The World picked up the story yesterday from a Christian Today article of the same day.

About 500 Pakistani Christians in Charsadda, a town in the North West Frontier Province bordering Afghanistan, received letters earlier this month telling them to close their churches and convert by Thursday or be the target of "bomb explosions."

Several Christians, a tiny minority in the predominantly Muslim country, have fled town and others are living in fear, community leaders said.

Some complained that police were not taking the threat seriously.
