In Black And White, A Red Thread Runs Through It
כ' שבט תשס"ט
Imbolgen 20
Last night I dreamt.
It was the early 1960's.
My seeing traveled from earth into deep space. I saw a starship coming toward from beyond our galaxy, from far far away, from beyond the boundaries of a myriad of universes unnumbered. It was a mothership bringing in 'stellar' souls to the worlds containing living beings. Our earth was one of those worlds to which was going to be delivered at least one of these stellar souls.
The mothership was going to teletransport these souls of stellar origin onto planets in our galaxy. The receiving mechanism on each planet chosen to receive one (of which there were myriads) was like a leather-like runway assembly line. This is hard to explain exactly. At the end of each receiving runway assembly line, a man assembly-line worker 'caught the key' to the teletransporting soul like pieces of little luggage at an airport, only the pieces were not luggage. They were simple every day common items. One was a small black plastic 'oil of olay' box. Beside it, another was a white plastic box (like the one I keep Q-tips in). One was a bag of movie popcorn, for example.
The correct arrangement of the little items falling out and materializing onto the runway assembly line into the correct formation was critical to the materialization of the teletransporting stellar soul into the world. The formation the items took as they came together had to be exactly right - and the man working the line knew the correct formation the items on his line were supposed to be in, but he had no clue as to the reason why. He also did not realize the magnitude of the impact his job had on the evolution of the planet. He thought his job was a menial unimportant assembly line job. He had no clue how important that which he was doing was.
The mothership hovered at the center of our galaxy of universes. Bursts of light came radiating out from it in all directions like starbursts - these were shuttle crafts containing the stellar souls. Each starburst craft contained one stellar soul. One was coming to earth.
I saw the shuttle soulcraft speeding through space from the center of the galaxy toward earth. During its journey, the man working the receiving line was distracted by some other being try to prevent the stellar soul from being able to materialize on earth. The man was distracted in conversation with this being. While the man was not watching his line but looking at the being with whom he was speaking, a few items in the end-right corner near him became jostled and out of correct formation. Oh no!
The man was interested in the conversation he was having, and though he glanced toward the line and 'rearranged' the items quickly, he did it haphazardly without concerned attention, such that he didn't get it right. Oh no! They were almost, but not quite, in the right formation.
The stellar soul wasn't going to be able to materialize on earth! Oh no!
But I saw the two items that weren't in right formation. I saw the exact two items that needed to be ever so slightly rearranged. I saw them. I knew what they were! I knew where they were supposed to be! I know how to fix it! But, at that particular moment, I had no ability to do it, for I had not yet been born.
I heard the cry of the stellar soul 'in limbo' somewhere out in our galaxy.
As I was waking up, she spoke in me, saying ... [ ... ] Mom!
[Related - The Red Thread & The Nine Mothers, One Of Witch - HT muninnskiss]
There is some secret hidden in the symbolism of the black and white boxes - for these are the two so-simple items upon which the evolution of the whole planet depends. I have the key.
“What is a Red Thread Witch?” To this question I may respond with words along the line of, “the only witch there is”.
Synchronicity - I received packages tied together with red threads in the mail today.

Origins: Witchblood & Chosenness
ז' שבט תשס"ט
Imbolgen 7
Also relevant to my spiritual pathworking, an excerpt from the article Biblical References In Traditional Witchcraft by Peter Paddon (in The Crooked Path Journal, Issue 3):
Annunaki - these were a group of Sumerian or Akkadian deities, frequently equated to Watchers, or Fallen Angels. Depending on how it is written, the name Annunaki means "of Royal Blood", or "princely offspring" or "heaven and earth". They are the children of Anu and Ki, and were led by the twins Enlil (Lord of the Wind or Air) and Enki (Lord of the Earth), who disputed each other's right to lead. Enki created humanity to be servants who would do the tasks the Gods would not lower themselves to do for themselves, but Enlil believed that humankind deserved a better fate than that, and caused Adam, the first man, to mate with Lilith, Enki's daughter, to introduce the Divine bloodline into humanity. This eventually became what is considered the Witchblood.
Needless to say, the concept of Witchblood is very important to Traditions that embrace these myths, and this can be an additional bone of contention for those that do not. Some Traditions hold to the idea that only some humans carry the Witchblood, but the more pragmatic realize that with the number of generations that have existed on Earth, pretty much everyone would have some of the Witchblood in their makeup. So they instead focus on the concept of Awakening ... we all have Witchblood within us, but in order for us to become Witches, that blood must be awakened, after which progress is not so much a matter of learning but remembering by tapping into Ancestral memories.
We can see then that, without dogma, the Lore of Torah and the Lore of Witchcraft are not mutually exclusive at all. In fact, the concept of the 'Witchblood' (Divine connection borne through our ancestors) and the concept of 'Chosenness' (Divine connection borne through our ancestors) are one and the same.
